My birth name, Kira, of Russian origin, translates as “Light”, or “one the people look to”, as well as in Japanese, kirakira translates as “shimmer”. I was gifted my medicine name, Brook Standing Eagle, by my long time Whole Brain Functioning/ Life Food mentor and teacher, Dr. David Jubb. I was living in NYC and had travelled to Cloud’s ranch in Oklahoma to deepen my study; praying, fasting, cleansing, sweating, and firewalking with my two year old daughter on my hip. The story he passed to me: ” I remember on this day seeing a brook first come into vision  and what was standing staring back was an eagle. The next day we were building the grass huts with Cloud and I remember Cloud seeing you and asking me what was your medicine name; she was admiring what an amazing mother you are and said to me that you are very grounded in nature, for a city person. I said yes, like a ‘brook standing eagle’. So as you come into your role of service , this is your medicine woman name,’Brook Standing Eagle’.” Kirin Vedya Kaur, the High Priestess Kundalini Yoga spiritual name I was also gifted, translates to “Princess Lioness whose sacred self is filled with God’s divine wisdom and radiance, like a ray of light”. I feel embodied and aligned with these blessings and can only hope to brighten my shine through the self study of these beautiful names bestowed upon me.

Golden Aura Hawai’i was originally birthed through a visitation I received as a ten year old child living in Taos, NM.

Listening in the desert wind - a voice, which felt like it was beaming from the Great Sun itself, clearly instructed me, in the simplest explanation of my experience in that moment, to “Go to Hawai’i.” !

Thru many trials and tribulations of life, I always remember this Voice of Light and the message I received.

Arriving on the Big Island of Hawai’i, at age 27, to the Land of the Queen of the Volcano and the Sacred Mo’o, I began to understand this instructional guidance on a deeper level of trusting my own personal power as a conduit for the Great Spirit.

This radiant wisdom of our Golden Aura of spiritual illumination beams out and beyond from our Solar Plexus Chakra when we align our heart’s purpose to nourish our true calling in life.

I am present on this healing journey alongside you all, here, residing with my husband, my two children and my granddaughter on our five acre Lilinoe Family Farm; Fruit Flower and Wild Eatables Permaculture Family Farm Cultivating Intergenerational Healing and Hope for our next seven generations. For our Ceremony for the New Dawn Ageless Youth Rite of Passage offerings, we are all very blessed to be under the intergenerational guidance and guardianship of my daughter, Tymaya Blue Scott. Young entrepreneur and mother to my eight year old granddaughter, Kulanihako’i, as well as to her Big Island handcrafted skincare company, Sea Brujas; of which she is creator, owner and CEO.. Tymaya is a creative business woman, as well as botanical skincare alchemist, esthetician, make up artist, model, photographer, family chef, lettuce farmer, flower gardener, and has been a kids yoga instructor for over five years. Tymaya will be gracing our program series with her youthful but ancient wisdom that she carries.

Joaquim DeGaetano Souza, my Golden Sun, has been a homeschooler for most of his scholastic career, with a focus on music and nature studies.. He has just completed his first year of Honokaa High School, and will be entering his sophomore year in August. He has been playing the bass guitar, and some electric guitar in the school ensemble, and will move into the Jazz band this upcoming school year. Growing up on the Big Island of Hawaii on our Lilinoe Family Farm, Joaquim has become very knowledgeable of wild medicinal plants and flowers, and is a great help to me in harvesting, processing and creating herbal formulas for our Golden Aura Hawaii store and online business, where we are inspiring people to live in their most brilliant radiance. Joaquim has been practicing Kundalini Yoga with me for many months now, and has gained much spatial awareness, self awareness and confidence, as well as the ability to calm himself, center, and breath into the moment. Joaquim is known for his kind heart and his gentle presence; we are blessed to have him as a guidance councilor and guardian for our teen program offerings.
